Artisan Boulangerie Co (Abc) Rewards Program
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR ABC REWARDS PROGRAM CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Abc Rewards Program. Abc reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Abc Rewards Program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline pertaining to Abc at any time and in its sole discretion.
Abc Rewards Program Overview
Enroll — To enrol in Abc Rewards program and receive program benefits, you will first need to register in store, online or via Abc Mobile app. The registration process may require that you provide certain personal information including: name, email address, phone number, password and optional information (e.g. birthday, gender, nationality)
Earn Points — Abc Rewards Points are determined based on the amount you spend at Abc. For every dollar spent, Rewards Members will earn 1 Abc Reward Point. For example, if Member spends $35, he/she will receive 35 Abc Rewards Points. There may be limited time promotions when Abc may offer bonus points on featured products and/or services.
To receive Abc Rewards Points for Dine-In, Member must notify Abc Staff of their Rewards information (email address or phone number on the account) prior to making payment. To receive Abc Rewards Points for Takeaway, Member must sign-in on the Abc Mobile App or through orders.alt.com.sg. No Abc Rewards Point is awarded for orders mase through third-party delivery services (e.g. Grabfood, Deliveroo, Foodpanda).
Abc Rewards Points will only be valid for six months after the most recent transaction. Alt Rewards Points validity period will be refreshed with every transaction. Unfortunately, Abc Rewards, Points will not be awarded retroactively.
Redeem Points — Abc Rewards Points can be redeemed to offset any dine-in and takeaway orders. The current conversation rate is 10 Abc Rewards Points can be redeemed for 1 dollar off your order. Abc Rewards Points must be used in multiples of 10. For example, if Member has 68 Abc Rewards Points, she can redeem up to $6 off her order. There may be limited time promotions when Abc may offer bonus redemptions on featured products and/or services.
Welcome Voucher — By successfully enrolling in the Abc Rewards Program, you will automatically receive a one-time Welcome Voucher for use on your next order. Please refer to Member Account Details for Welcome Voucher value and its expiration date. Welcome Voucher redemption is subjected to a minimum spend value. Welcome Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer, unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, Welcome Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively.
Birthday Reward — Your complimentary Birthday Reward Voucher will be automatically loaded onto your account 2 days before your actual birthdate after you are entered into the Abc Rewards Program. Please refer to Member Account Details for Birthday Voucher value and its expiration date (typically only valid for 1 month after the Birthday Reward Voucher is issued to your account). Birthday Voucher redemption is subjected to a minimum spend value. Birthday Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer, unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, Birthday Voucher cannot be applied retroactively.
Additional Benefits — Additional personalized offers, promotions and event invitations may be distributed by email, SMS or Abc Mobile app, so you must opt-in to receive such promotional and offers from Abc.
Miscellaneous — Abc Rewards Benefits (Points, Vouchers, Other) are loaded electronically to your Rewards account. You can view and track your available rewards on the Abc Mobile App or in our web ordering page: www.orders.artisanbakery.com.sg
Unless otherwise stated, only one Voucher may be redeemed with each transaction. This means that you cannot use more than one Voucher in the same transaction.
There are no membership fees associated with Abc Rewards Program. Abc Rewards Points, Vouchers or other Rewards benefits in the Abc Rewards Program are for promotional purposes only and have no cash value. They may not be exchanged for cash.
Abc reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in Abc Rewards Program if Abc determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Abc also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for Abc Rewards Program any Member that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. “Inactive” is defined as having no purchase activity.
Abc reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Abc Rewards Program at any time and in its sole discretion by posting the revisions to www.artisanbakery.com.sg without giving any specific notice to you.
